Support Services


We provide many types and levels of support to our clients, depending on the product and whether or not the client has in-house technical support available to them.

All of our products come with a certain amount of no-charge telephone support, to assist you in setup and initial training.

Support Levels

By Telephone. We provide telephone support during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

By Email. The widespread use of email, along with the existing standards for file attachments, makes email our preferred medium for delivering software updates and detailed answers to questions.

By Modem. We can provide dial-in access to our server, through Windows' Dial-Up Networking facilities, so you can pick up updates directly from our systems. Alternatively, we can also use "remote-control" software such as PC Anywhere to access your systems. This provides us with the advantage of being able to remotely run the software ourselves, rather than having you do it.

On-Site Support and Training. Vandenberg Systems can deliver complete setup, support, and on-site training for Lottery Manager. All on-site visits must be scheduled at least one month in advance.
